I've been a user of Tritralac since the mid-70's. It is the one and only antacid that I've found that provides instant relief from heart-burn and upper GI discomfort. I use it regularly in conjunction with ranitidine to handle problems with reflux.Customer Review: the BEST !!!!!!!
