Here's a bit about me. I'm more than likely healthier than you. True story. No offense, just the facts. I train Muay Thai for 1 hour after that I train MMA for another hour. In between for fun I box and I go running that usually ends up in me traveling on average a distance of 6 miles. So, it's safe to say I'm healthy. (watch me die of a heart attack tomorrow) Here is why I drink greens to go. Break down the math with me.
If you were to buy a serving of vegetables and fruit comparable to the amount your getting in this, it would be around 4 dollars a day. Greens to go is about.....70 cents a day. Also, you would melt the enamel off your teeth eating all that fruit as most fruit is terribly acidic. This, you throw it in your water and your set.
Now, taste. I don't mind it. I drink one every morning, and I don't mind the taste in the least bit. I normally mix it in a 40 oz bottle and drink it on my way to work. That much water and mixture leaves a little bit of taste. It taste a tiny bit sour. That more than anything I'd say. Matter of fact, I'll get one now....Alright, I would say, in 1 liter of water. It taste a faint bit seaweedish. Which is fine, because I eat sushi. It has very little flavor in my opinion. And if you mixed it with green tea or orange juice, it would most likely cancel it out. However, lets look at the bottom line. Healthy food does not always taste good. It's healthy. If you want to keep being a porker than keep eating foods that are good tasting. If you want to be in better healthy and with that hopefully better shape, eat healthy. This is the better way to get your vegatbles. Your body can actually break down the sugars. Fantastic.
