I like this toothpaste for my toddler. Although I was hoping it would magically make brushing my 14 month old's teeth a little easier, it didn't. He sucks off the tooth paste, pushes the tooth brush out of his mouth, and the battle begins. At least he's swallowing a natural fluoride free tooth paste.Customer Review: Love the product, not the lack of packaging

We have been using Earth's Best toddler toothpaste by Jason for about a year. We like the mostly natural ingredients since our son is still more likely to swallow rather than spit.
The tubes I received from Amazon looked different then tubes I had bought in the past. Evidently the formulation has changed a wee bit judging by the new label and slightly modified ingredient list.
The tubes from Amazon arrived without any packaging or tamper-proof seals but included the finger toothbrush. Although I am not a fan of cardboard packaging, I do like the plastic tamper-proof adhesive seals that are present on the store-bought package. When you buy anything online from an unknown distributor, you're a tad bit leery. When it's something that will be going into your child's body, that concern is even greater.
In this case, the item appears to be as promised, but with no safety seal, lot number or bar code (in case of recall), and no brick and mortar business, I contacted customer service to inquire. The company was very customer-oriented and explained via e-mail that they buy in bulk and that is why there is no packaging. They kindly offered a full refund or 'special' exchange for the boxed item.

I received this item, but the box is already open; outside the box toothpaste there is not even product expire mentioned? How do we know if this is saved for the toddler?
I will not use it
I contacted the seller the shipping manager call me and leaved me message promised to resend me this item but he has NEVER DONE IT. I called back speak to the customer service but she always give me different reason. I can not trust this seller nomore !
