I bought this product after trying several others and I am very disappointed. It's a cheap ($.10 peace of plastic) and is hard and uncomfortable. If you need something inexpensive, a $1.00 football mouth guard is way better than this one. The reviewer who gave it a good review must work for the company because I just can't imagine anyone giving this cheap product a good review. Please don't waste your money!! Truly, I'm sorry I wasted my money on this item. I tried to use it on several occasions and it was so uncomfortable that i never used it again and eventually threw it away. Really don't bother!
