The athletic tape shipped to me quickly. It is of very good quality. I think it adheres well. I use it on the bottom of my feet for plantar fasciitis, and it is comfortable to use and to remove.Customer Review: Cheap Tape

After suffering blisters and a few injuries, I began to tape my feet in certain spots to relieve rubbing and add some support. Although, I had success with other brands, this tape did a poor job. The adhesive does not hold if it comes in contact with moisture, such as body sweat or standing puddles. The fabric of the tape is thin and sucks up water. The weave does hold against flexing. Combining body sweat and flexing, I was lucky if the tape would hold in place past my first couple miles. It could be utilized if used on top of fabric (sleeves, socks, etc), but the cheap adhesive would likely get into the material.
