I have an old Barber King and it works very well. It works well for trimming between haircuts -- reducing the need for more frequent trips to the barber. And, if you are not super conscientious about your hair, it gives a decent haircut. I will use it until my last replacement blade wears out.
I wish the manufacturer would go back to the older, higher standard.
