Customer Reviews of Triple Cream Severe Dry Skin/Eczema Care, 8-OunceCustomer Review: Great cream, but didn't help my baby's eczema Summary: 4 Stars
I love this cream and I wish I could say it helped my baby's eczema. But eczema doesn't have a definitive cure, so all you can do is ease the flare-ups. So I gave this cream a 4-star rating.
It didn't really help my daughter, but it's one of the best moisturizing creams we found on the market. It feels very good on her skin and keeps dryness at bay. It does not come right off, which is great. But it is easy to wash off and it's not greasy.
Customer Review: Better than lotion, but not as good as Vanicream Summary: 3 Stars
We tried Triple Cream because we'd had such good luck with Triple Paste for diaper rash. Triple Cream is very thick and difficult to put on - especially if your baby doesn't particularly like being lotioned up. Vanicream spreads easily and lasts longer. We only have to put the Vanicream on twice per day. We switched.
Customer Review: Good and Thick, Yes. Eczema Cure, No! Summary: 3 Stars
This product is quite thick and is a good moisturizer. However, it did not help with my eczema. Most people write rave reviews about this product. Hopefully it will work for most of you, but I did not find this product to be helpful with my ezcema.
Customer Review: okay for a quick-fix... Summary: 2 Stars
I don't know what the last person was talking about, but when I put this product on my baby's face, it worked the very first time on the small, red bumps, then they came back as oozing, swollen painful bleeding ones. As soon as she felt the cream during the second application (she was asleep then) she screamed bloody murder as if someone were purposely hurting her..it just broke my heart. My little girl was born with a full head of hair-more hair than most babies have after a whole year, and that along with the harsh environment irritates her forehead and cheeks, even though I have constantly brushed it back and tried to keep it away from her face, but the ingredients in this product have absolutely no business being in a baby's product. There is benzyl alcohol, along with citric acid, and I find both ingredients to be disappointing and not belonging in something that should go on a baby's face. It is okay for a preliminary quick-fix, but after that, aggrivates the skin to the point where there are infected blisters and sores and the product must be discontinued altogether.
Customer Review: OK moisturizer, nothing for eczema Summary: 1 Stars
Water based cream is so so moisturizer. Did nothing for eczema and is somewhere between a lotion and a cream like aquaphor.
