Customer Review: Well worth the hassle

I've been using this coco cream product for about 3 years now, so I've got a track record. Use it mostly in my spirulina smoothies I drink on a regular basis. It is also a much cheaper version of coconut milk in cans... just take a scoop and mix with water in a blender and a little ice and you have awesome coconut milk for pennies. I give it 4 stars cause it is a pain to get out of the jar, but that is the nature of the beast...not everything in life that is good is gonna be super easy. Besides it will strengthen your arm & wrist muscles. Instead of soaking in a bowl of hot water, I store my jar on top of the fridge which has a bit a heat from the fan motor and heat rises, yes! Plus there is a heating vent above my fridge which keeps my coconut cream slightly warm all winter long. Great thing about coconut oil and cream is that it can withstand long-term heat and not get funky, old, rancid or moldy. Why? because coconuts have a natural protection when they are grown in tall coconut trees in very hot and humid climates in the Philipines, which is where most of it comes from. So buy this product and think about the struggles our grandparents had to deal with getting food to the table... a little elbow grease to get this out of the jar is worth the health benefits. PS: one time I dumped it all in a Cuisinart to mix up and put back in the jar but it returned to oil on top, cream coconut product below. Plus, it was a royal mess to clean up... will never do that one again. PSS: My recent med exams showed I have NO plaque in any of my arteries since switching to only coconut and olive oils.Customer Review: Tastes Great

This product is delicious, but it's very difficult to use by the spoonful. At room temp, removing it from the jar is more of a scraping procedure. Many of the reviews here make it sound like a great spread, but that would be impossible with the jar I received. Heating it up helped a little, but to do that each time I want to use it would be a pain.
I will just stick with plain coconut oil:)

This is very healthy, however, it's way too tough to mix, and it's too dense. It's hard to use it in recipes or to transform it into milk for my smoothies.
