Customer Review: great protein supplement at a great price

Twinlab, to me, is the best tasting and easiest to mix. It tastes just as good mixed with water as with non-fat milk. As far as buying it from this vendor (all star sports), you can't beat the price. I usually buy only stuff with the free super saver shipping, but this vendor is only charging $31 for the protein and then $5.95 for the shipping. Some of the other vendors want $45 and up for the same product. Others are only charging $26, but are trying to bang you for $13 in shipping. I don't like games, just give me a reasonable price and the true shipping cost.
I just started lifting again this summer after about a 10 year lay-off. I have dropped my body fat% down to 9% from 19.9% and have put on a lot of muscle. I never used supplements in high school or college and didn't realize how much of a difference it makes; both physically and psychologically. I use the twinlab whey protein in conjunction with their creatine fuel stack. I like to rotate between the chocolate surge and vanilla slam both are good and not too sweet. I have not tried the stawberry, mostly because I bought some strawberry "muscle milk" and absolutley could not stand to drink it - it was as sweet as cake batter and would not dissolve.
