This vitamin is very potent. Make sure you eat something before you drink it, if not you'll have an upset stomach. I have been using it for about a month and I feel a difference when I do not drink it. Almost as if my body is asking for a vitamin if I do not drink it. Beware....your urine will be neon yellow and smell quite funny, that's how strong it is.Customer Review: satisfied

I'm getting all the nutritional goodness in just 1 capsul a day at a good price. I'm happy with my purchase. I ordered 4 bottles However 1 was broken during delivery. I wished they would do something about the packaging so the customers need not go through the trouble returning the broken product.
