I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now. They arrived in perfect shape. They are a great value for what you pay. You get the best forms of natural vitamin E in a nice dose. I agree that these taste great when you chew them! I take 2 of these in the morning with all of my other vitamins but if I could afford it I would take 5-6! Probably even more! The hidden healing powers of vitamin E are not well known. You can safely take high doses of vitamin E! Make sure it's a natural complex and non synthetic. Cheers to being healthy!
