I bought 2 bottles of this and take 1 in the AM and one at lunch time. I really like this product and even though it doesnt say it does seem to provide energy. I take lots of supplements, so its hard to tell which is doing what, but this in conjuction with my others helps me with lots of energy through my day as well as durring my work outs (45 minutes vigorous weights and 30-45 cardio). No Random hard on's here lol, as some of the other reviews state. I think it does help increase testosterone, but not to levels where you cant control your erections lol. All in all this is a good base supplement, but again i cant speak on it soley, because I take many other things, and its hard to tell what is doing what lol, but this in conjunction with my other supplements I have lost 45 lbs and gained lots of muscle, and am in the best shape of my life :)
