Customer Review: Great quality...but too many pills !

Twinlab makes great quality products and these are no exception. Instead of plastic tubs, these came in glass jars which is better for preserving the quality of the pills.
My girl saw improvement in her overall health and her skin sometimes would literally glow ! ! since these contain a Hair, Skin and Nails complex.
Other pros included an improvement in her mood and over all sleeping ability.
Now for the not so good side..... it says that you need to take four pills everyday with a meal ! ! !
I personally dont have a problem with that but my wife did and these arent big are horse tablets but arent tiny either.
Then again i'm one of those guys who doesnt belive in just one pill a day........ especially with people who lead a hectic lifestyle !
So if you can handle 4 pills a day ( she has them with breakfast) then i can say that these are the way to go !
For better skin, hair and nails and overall health !
