If your going to buy this product do your research, a common mistake in amateur bodybuilding is that people just take stuff because it's being sold and marketed a certain way. This is a great BCAA product, but do your research understand why your taking this, know why your taking anything you take, you should be able to explain to somebody how your supplement works in your body. I work in a pharmacy and there are particular patients who have no idea why or even what medicines they are taking, they just know the doctor prescribed it, I think they are making a huge mistake, you should know about everything your putting in your body. For the Modern BCAA product, it is definitely a great product, I mean how can it not, micronized branch chain amino acids, you can't get it better than that. Takes terrific too!!! Better tasting than gatorade, and extremely thirst quenching!!!
