Its easy enough to test just shine a UV light thru the glasses at an object which will exhibit fluorescence. I used my drivers license. These completely FAIL. Where my standard eyeglasses (with UV coating) completely block UV a flashlight these have no noticeable effect. ZERO protection is a total fail if the item is called "UV Protecting..." all you get here is yellow tinted plastic glasses. Shameful quality on for a 'safety' item particularly as it is recommended for use with UV lights. As UV light can cause injury I hope Amazon pulls this item.Customer Review: Ordered but did not receive

Ordered this item but it was not put in the box along with my other items, even though it was supposed to be a part of the shipment. Amazon refunded since the item was missing and the item wasn't available any more. Disappointed with the transaction and leary of that seller now.
