I've tried other 'cheaper' brands and they don't work. The Udo's Adult blend is pure, I have little or hardly no gas and I'm never bloated or constipated. Also good for Protein metabolic types. I tried switching to a cheaper brand and the gas came back. The gas is a signal of improper digestion. There are no fillers with Udo's. The next thing best from this is E3Live, which amazon does not carry. But they cost even more. This is a really good enzyme for the money. If you are constipated, then I would take a Probiotic after your meals, start with a high cell count and work your way down after a couple weeks.
