I have been using this product for over 9 months and I have found it is the best thing to heal receeding gum lines and help maintain healthy gums. My dentist is always so impressed when I go for a checkup and he always tells me how healthy my gums are and how uncommon it is to have such healthy gums. I eat a healthy diet and I also give much of the credit to this product which I have found to be very valuable in preventing and reversing problems with my gums. I use it regularly and hold it in my mouth a minute or two before swallowing for best results.
