I have to drink protein shakes 2-3 times a day in order to get all my nutrients in. I have tried the Blender Ball bottle, the stupid hand-held electric mixers, etc, but nothing else has worked as well as this! I brew my Timothy's World Coffee, German Chocolate Cake for Keurig Brewers, 24-Count K-Cups (Pack of 2) , let it cool over some ice, then add Nectar protein powder Syntrax Nectar Sweets Chocolate Truffle, 2lb, 2.25 Bottle (the chocolate truffle is my favorite) and mix, voila! A delicious mocha coffee drink that has NO CLUMPS! The screen at the top is wonderful, I don't have to shake as often, and the screen breaks up any clumps & helps mix it all in!
