When I bought this pillow, I thought I was buying a very comfortable pillow (due to my experience with memory foam stuff). However, this pillow is far from comfortable. I guess this pillow is only made for people that sleep looking up, but I tend to sleep to the sides as well as looking up. The pillow is pretty hard and due to its shape, sleeping to the sides is very uncomfortable.Customer Review: The pillow is too big and too hard

I ordered the pillow for my neck pain which was getting better by day with physical therapy. I was very excited when it finially arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, this pillow is too big for me; I am 5'5 and weigh 125 pounds. The foam is also too hard. I could not sleep comfortably either on my back or on my side. My neck pain came back stronger plus an extra sholder pain that I didn't have before. It is probably made to work for someone bigger.
