I've been using this for about a month now to assist my diet and exercise regimen and I'm seeing great results so far. Of course I would lose weight regardless since Ive cut back my calorie intake and increased the cardio, but I can definitely tell Im losing weight faster using this as opposed to not using it. It's no miracle pill, you have to put in some of your own work, but I'm so inspired by how fast my body is changing. I take 3 a day in the morning all at once. When I first started taking them they made me nauseous/jittery but that wore off quickly. If I take these with coffee or some other caffeinated drink I get uncomfortably jittery so be aware. Also, they make you sweat like crazy even when you're not doing anything. But they put me in a great positive mood throughout the day. They make my cardio workout easier... I'm able to go longer and it's easier to get myself going. I don't think they suppress my appetite that much but that's okay. So far I've been very pleased and I recommend trying them if you've hit a plateau in your diet/workout regimen.
UPDATE: I would not recommend buying a second bottle directly after you finish the first one. I could tell towards the end the effect had sort of worn off, which I suppose is natural with these kinds of supplements. I'm now trying a different pill and might go back to this someday, but your body definitely gets used to it after you finish the first bottle.
