Received my light and the cover over the light fell off the second day. Called Amazon and they sent me a new one. Sent the other back. Amazon is great.....Customer Review: Attractive but poor design

Pros: Very easy to assemble, sturdy.
Cons: Poor design - flexible neck lost its structure after several times of moving it in different directions.
That said, Amazon's return procedure made it a snap to return the product and I received my refund very quickly.
