Viactiv's old formula made for a great tasting caramel chew. Many people in my office used to buy it. Once the new formula came out and someone passed them around, no one will buy them anymore. They are gritty and bad tasting. I called the company to complain, but they said I was the only complaint. I find that difficult to believe!Customer Review: PLEASE bring back the old formula!

Why, why would the manufacturer change a tasty and effective product like Viactiv caramel and turn it into something this inedible. I never write reviews, but I couldn't find another forum to vent my frustration. I have been taking the caramel chews for years. I opened a new box and noticed the shape has changed. Okay, I can deal with that but the taste is now revolting. I don't know what they were thinking.
