Kind of a tiny container, which made me sad at first. But it is actually a full month's supply. I blend it with almond milk and raw antioxidant-rich honey. I also sometimes add some aloe vera juice as well. Between the honey and the Rainbow Vibrance, the flavor is pretty good, very palatable, no problemo. Additionally, I do feel a good burst of energy, which is sort of what drinking this kind of stuff is all about. I really like the wide variety of fruits and vegetables that make up this product. Long term benefits of consuming antioxidant/phytonutrient-rich foods like this one are well documented, and the benefits vary from person to person. Unless you have allergies or other issues that make consuming this product difficult, you really can't go wrong.

Rainbow Vibrance red, yellow, blue & green fresh fruits and vegetables two-thirds of a pound of fresh fruits and vegetables concentrated in each scoop. Equivalent to 4½ servings of fruits and vegetables 3,974 ORAC units per serving; Gluten free. We do not live in a monochromatic world.
