Company sent me the non-motorized version of this product. Left them a phone message and emailed them regarding order processing error and will update my review depending on the companies response.
Company rep called my within 5 minutes of my sending them an email about the order/ship error and they will correct my order by sending me the motorized version I ordered. They said I could keep the manual massager they previously sent as it was their error. I am impressed by their fast response to my complaint.
