I can't review the actual product because when I received it (in Houston, Texas), it was one big vitamin gummy because it melted together in transit. Note that nowhere in the description does it tell you that the 1000 IU applies to a "serving" which consists of two gummies. In other words, there are 75, not 150 "servings" of 1000 IU. I got trapped by this bottle when comparison shopping at Target. I didn't have a calculator with me, but with some mental arithmetic, I concluded that this was the best deal on 1000 IU vitamin D (other bottles were close). Wow, was I wrong. The front of the label prominently says 150 and 1000 IU. Only when you read the small print on the back do you learn that you must take two to get 1000 IU. Now I see that the Amazon description is equally deceptive.
