If you actually need supplemental B12 like I do, then this is a great way to get it! Those who've had intestinal surgery or difficulty absorbing B12 through diet or oral supplementation will find this to be a superior form of getting the necessary B12. Oral supplementation is rather spotty and often people need injections which is a hassle. It just affixes to the skin behind the ear and mine stayed on for about 30 hours before I remembered to take it off. It was still stuck on tightly when I took it off, so no possibility of it falling off when applied to clean, dry skin.
If you're not deficient, or at least on the low end of normal, then likely you won't get any benefit from taking this and won't feel a difference. Lab tests from your doctor can confirm the need to take supplemental B12 and further lab work after using the patches will prove the efficiency of this method of getting B12.
