I had my reservations about these. I had originally thought they were energy boosters. After receiving the bottle I noticed it said "fat burning". I am not overweight at all and perhaps I could stand to gain a few pounds, so I left them on the kitchen counter. I did not expect my wife to start taking them. She has some weight left over from the baby and wanted to exercise more, so she took one the first day. She experienced minor headaches the first three days but did not from there on out. These really do give you any energy boost she says. You can take a max of 3 a day. The capsules are really unique and I have not seen any like them before. There is a clear liquid 3/4 full in the capsule that gives the first energy boost within 10 minutes. Then there are about 8 black colored balls in the capsule that kick in for the main event which I think lasts about 4 hours. Finally the 3 or 4 blue balls bring you thru the final parts of the equation.
I took one today and I have been going all day long. I have a high metabolism anyway, but I could certainly tell a difference. Much better than the coffee I have been drinking. I have had a minor queezy feeling but not intolerable. I have made sure to drink plenty of water and eat normal meals thru out the day. I will try one again tomorrow and see how it does during a work day.
