This product gets a five. I bought a dinky massager from wal-mart and it wasn't good. I needed something for my back and this is strong enough to make a difference. If feels similar to the one my chiropractor uses. On High this item is great. Low is kinda useless and the heat isn't exactly all to great. The on/off switch is in a bad place, but that's what girlfriends are for. Overall I would call this a buy.
