No issues with install. About 60% strength of original handle. Used to be slightly before mid-point of dial now almost have to max it out to obtain equal strenght. Luckily it is still just barely strong enough for me.
If you are already over the half way point you may be unhappy with power of new handle.

We have had the WaterPik less than one year and this is the second handle assembly we have had to replace. My wife and I are the only users of it. She uses it every day but I use it about twice/week. If this keeps up at this rate, we will soon be ready to try a different brand.Customer Review: Water Pik Not Durable

We have used the Waterpik for only 3 months and already need to replace the handle. We foolishly did not save the purchase receipt otherwise it would be a warranty claim. Evenso, we are very disappointed with the lack of quality in the handle assembly. It is cheap plastic, the on/off button sticks and the tip locking mechanism broke making it impossible to lock the tip in. I do not recommend this product.Customer Review: Total waste of money

One modified jet to allow full flow to clean my sinuses works perfectly. Any other jet is pushed forward by the water pressure and leaks profusely. My advise: Don't waste your money. Instead use it to help you buy a new waterpik.
