Awful awful product.....I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend, he is very athletic and always sore, I thought this will make him feel better. He hated it, I tried it to see if I like it(I don't like returning products) ..... gosh it was awful .... can't even hold this device...it's so fierce...then there's not one attachment which can be fitted to the head disc ...the head disc..doesn't come off and none of the parts attach at all..it's not what is shown..was really disappointed as the recommendations seen
in the write ups... seemed all good

The switch for the heat is too close to the switch for the massager on/off switch. The vibration of the massager interfers with the setting of the heat. I would not recommend this product as it is ineffectively designed.Customer Review: I don't like it

Even by using the High Switch, I could only get lukewarm instead of warm. And from the outward appearance, it's a rough one. I returned it.
