This item was purchased to rehabilate circulation and scar tissue on lower legs and feet. It was very noisy and after a few days the wand would not charge. First I contacted Wahl and they would not help unless I had a invoice. I then contacted Amazon on their web site, and the defective wand was replaced. The new one works perfectly and is much quieter. Thanks to Amazon for handling this problem so easily and quickly for me.
