I wanted to try growing a beard and didn't want to put too much money into a trimmer if I didn't like my beard.
This product is great!
Wahl made a quality blade that cuts the hair perfectly. At times you will notice the unit slow down and get hot. Just add a drop of the oil they give you and you are good to go.
The attachments on this trimmer are for short length beard growers! If you want a longer beard, this isn't the product for you.
Works as a hair clipper for really short hair too!
The battery life on this is amazing! I have trimmed my beard several times and have given myself two buzzcuts for my head without a change of batteries!
Nose Trimmer works great and actually cuts and doesn't pull hair.
I bought it at $10. Highly Recommend.

After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical about ordering this. I am glad I did. First, you have to remember that this is a beard TRIMMER! Not a shaver. It's not going to get as close as a blade and isnt meant to. That said, for the job it is suppose to do, it does excellent. I have been using mine for close to a month now almost daily, and the batteries are still going strong, the blade is still sharp, and even the nose hair trimmer is working great. The speed at which the trimmer operates really surprised me and I would easily compare it to a plug in model. I say order it and try it out. If you dont like it, you can always return it. Are you a barber or do hair for a living? If not then this is a great razor and WELL worth the money. I use this a few times a week for my goat and stash and it works like a charm. It trims very even and the guides fit tight. Shaves pretty close when I work the details. I have had this for over a year and dont think I have ever changed the batterys in it.
I love the fact this also comes with a nose trimmer and in its self is a very good quality piece. The only complaint I could think of at all if I were to nit pick is the fact the holder does not have a slot for the nose trimmer.

My previous beard trimmer was a samller version of this product and it lasted me for ten years. Iv'e had a mustache for thirty two years and this Wahl trimmer works great on my coarse hair and the nose trimmer works really well. The price of this trimmer was fantastic because before I purchased this product I checked the prices at the so-called Super Stores and I could not find one cheaper and they actually wanted eighteen dollars just for the trimmer and no nose trimmer. Both the electric shaver and nose hair trimmer work efficiently. However, the motor does get loud if you are using it for a long time, so before you turn it on, make sure you have an idea as to what you're doing. I would say give it 10 minutes before it starts getting noticeably warm and the noise turns up. It gets fairly annoying, but not totally intolerable. All in all, good product for a great price.
