Customer Review: Gets the job done, simply and well!

For the $25 shipped, it's a great deal. I don't have much to compare to except a MUCH older 90's model clipper (I forget the make, but it was one my mom bought through her years and was had was being held together by lots of duck tape), but I will say it sure feels well crafted. It looks sleek with the stainless steel casing and the rubber allows for a great grip. The clipper feels hefty in hand, the way a man's clipper should ;)
I use this clipper mostly to give myself my own buzz cuts and it works well with the included attachments. There are actually many interesting attachments I never though these buzzers needed, such as the ear-trim guide, eye-brow guide (I'm Asian with almost non-existent light eyebrows, so I probably won't be using this much), and others. Nice for the kit to also include a plastic cape. The clipper has no problem cutting through my thick hair and is smooth.
The clipper cuts well, and from what my roommate says it could be quieter. I honestly don't mind the noise, this is actually much quieter than the 10-year-old model used previously. Maybe I'm not observant enough, but it doesn't seem much louder than the ones they use at the salons to cut my hair (I go to inexpensive mom-and-pop barber shops; I've got a really simple cut. I'm sure higher end salon razors are silky quiet). But in the end, for the price I'm extremely satisfied. Hopefully it lasts, and I don't have to grab the duct tape anytime soon.
