I bought this as a present for my husband - his old trimmer was on it's last leg. He was skeptical at first, but he tried it and he loves it. Every time he uses it he says how great it is, how much power, and how after only a few minutes of charging, it is ready to use. I had a norelco trimmer before this. I was hesitant to try the Wahl, but now I love it. It is much lighter than the norelco and is very powerful. But the big reason I got it was the litium ion battery. Only time will tell if this lasts longer than my old norelco. But so far I am much happier than expected.Customer Review: Great Product

I really had my doughts about a rechargable trimmer but this product is all it claims to be. It is the most powerful rechargable trimmer I have ever had and charges in as little as an hour. Best beard trimmer I've ever used. Heads are sharp, easily changed and perform wonderfully. I've even been able to use this for (short) hair cuts. This is my second Wahl Trimmer. My first one lasted over eight years with weekly go-tee & side-burn trimming use. This one is light years ahead of my 8 year old model. It works perfectly. I haven't had any problems. I especially appreciate the quickness of charge.
