About 20 years ago, I had nagging, persistent neck pain. I tried physical therapy and exercise and had limited success. So I bought the Wal-Pil-O from a medical supply store down the street. I used it that night and awoke the next morning pain free! I slept on that pillow for several years until the foam lost support. Two years ago, I bought a Wal-Pil-O for my wife who was having neck pain. The pillow helped, and she's been sleeping on it since. A couple of weeks ago I was waking with shoulder and upper back pain and stiffness, and I asked her if I could borrow her pillow. She agreed, and we switched. I was doing fine afterwards, but a couple of days ago she started complaining of neck pain. So we switched back. Now it's 2:00 in the morning. My wife is sound asleep, and my back is stiff and hurting. Unable to sleep, I'm looking to buy another Wal-Pil-O. It's definitely worth the money.
