I've used these pillows for 25 years and find them very helpful. Only problem is they must be replaced rather frequently as they lose some of their shape and thus their benefit.Customer Review: Save Your Money!!!!

Buying this product was the biggest waste of money. I recently developed a pinched nerve in my neck and my doctor suggested this pillow for comfort. I don't know what he was thinking!! This pillow is so uncomfortable. It makes my neck feel worse, even the so-called "thin" side of the pillow. I found my-self waking up at ungodly hours trying to find a "side" that would be more comfortable. I wish I had saved my money especially since you can't get your money back.
