I was hoping for a higher vibration rate than my Braun and this has it. At first, the Braun tickled my gums at the back teeth only. This "Pick" brush tickles my gums everywhere and I'm used to electric brushes. You can tell that the sound is higher pitched than any other electric brush I have heard.
Also, this Water Pick brush seems to be of significantly higher quality than the others.

I worked in dental offices for over 25 years; I have used electric toothbrushes for 50 years. I have always bought Waterpik electric toothbrushes. This model is the best yet. It comes with a separate "inter-dental stimulator" that is used in between teeth at the gumline. This helps clear food particles in those areas as well as stimulate the gum tissue and prevent periodontal problems. This is my second Sensonic toothbrush, it took me a lot of searching to find it again. I purchase my first one from K-Mart and it lasted for so long. But K-Mart closed in my hometown and i finally found it at Amazon. I love the feeling of going to the dentist everyday. It is a great product, and i am glad to have another one. The brush I used in between this one and my first one was not up to the quality of Waterpik.Customer Review: Who still use manual?

I've had this for over a year now and it is the best. I use this along with the water flosser and it has actually got rid of plaque build up and kept it off. It has also made my teeth whiter. I use it with the larger head and on high speed all the time and i've actually gone about 2 weeks on one charge with no signs of sluggish performance. I wish I had the money to invest in this a long time ago.Customer Review: Couldn't work any better

I've been using the Sensonic toothbrush for a month now and I'm really pleased with its performance. I had an old Interplak electric that was losing battery recharge capability so I found myself using the manual most of the time. If that's all you've ever used, you don't know how much better you can clean your mouth with a modern electric. Great price from Amazon, I highly recommend.
