I have had no problem with the battery and I have had the unit for well over a year. In fact I am surprised sometimes that the battery lasts as long as it does between having to be recharged. It is very easy to fill up the unit, and it sits on my counter always ready to go. I feel no need to have to hide it anywhere. The only problem is that there is no adjustment for the pressure. Sometimes it will fluctuate a little due to the angle of the unit. But that does not present to much of a problem and I am well pleased with my water jet.Customer Review: Finnally a Waterpik that I actually use!

I have been needing to use a Waterpik, but do not like things on my counter, and am always in a hurry. With this new rechargeable, I can keep it in my shower (it is waterproof) and use it when I shower, adding almost no time to my daily routine. It cleans just as well as the larger Waterpiks, and fits into your hand like a power toothbrush. I just need to fill it from the showerhead twice to get a complete cleaning. This is a great product, and a great step forward for a Waterpik. I only need to recharge it about once a month.Customer Review: Recommended by my dental hygienist

My dental hygienist recommended this particular model (360), over the 450, due to it's larger reservoir. I use it in the shower, as was also recommended to me. I find that I have to fill the reservoir twice per use. Filling the reservoir in the shower is relatively easy and the entire process takes me only about 3-4 minutes. The waterpik seems to hold a charge for a reasonable length of time. I've had the waterpik in the shower for 2 weeks now and haven't had to recharge yet.Customer Review: Quick for on the go people. Water pik brand is wonderful. I had my first one for 30+ years and just had to replace it because the plastic cracked and might harbor bacteria. Replacement has a small footprint and two different heads for variation in strength. I brush and floss and use this to prevent gingivitis. Works great accoding to my dentist. I've had and used this device for 4 years. I use water with a good mouth wash and I can see the results going down the drain. My dentist who for years persisted in urging the use of floss and floss "day and night" etc., and that gum problems are arising from lack of floss, floss floss,no longer mentions flossing. I could not walk around with floss at my fingertips and had no intention of doing so. This item has traveled and been abused but continues to function.
