The customer service was excellent! The pillow is probably a good item but I had a hard time staying on it and kept sliding off of it during the night.
The price was the most inexpensive one I had researched. So it was a good buy.
I used it for a week and just could not stay on it. I would have returned it but since it is a personal item, it cannot be returned.
So I will continue to look for a solution to my Silent nightiem reflux.
