I have been using the Immune Support Formula for about 6 months. Prior to taking it, I always felt like I was on the verge of catching "something". I have flown from the east coast to the west and back and so far, made it through this H1N1 outbreak without any more than an occassional sniffle. I also work in a hospital where I am exposed to any and every germ out there on a daily basis. I acknowledge that it may be acting as a placebo, but I don't care, as long as I'm not getting sick!
