I've been a migraine sufferer since I was 13. I have never really found a medication that would relieve my pain without side effects that were as bad as my migraine. I used to use ice packs but they were not only wet and messy but they would get too cold and my skin would become irritated. These are the best solution ever. If its a really horrible migraine and I become sensitive to smell the mentholatum smell can make me feel even more sick to my stomach but in general these patches are a miracle for me. They stick pretty good and the cooling sensation is fantastic. They do not irritate my skin or stain anything, they are not messy and not only do I use them for migraines but also for sinus headaches and fevers. My kids love them as much as I do and the only negative thing I have to say is that I usually can't find them in stores. I really love these patches!
