I've used several brain supplements
over the years and realized that
ingredients do matter.
If you're ever going to take a
dietary supplement, read the label.
As for me, I've only had success with
SmarterFocus, which is available
on their website.
Please do a comparison with supplemental
facts before ever listening to the
marketing hype.
As for brain support, don't just take
the supplements, do some exercises.
I HIGHLY suggest the game BRAIN AGE by
nintendo. It's amazing how well it
conditions your brain.

I bought these vs the Adderllin because they were cheaper and the reviews seemed to run about the same. Unfortunately they didn't work for me. I've been taking them for about a week and I can't tell any difference in my ability to focus. They do upset my stomach and cause me to have a slight headache. Of course, this is just my reaction, people's body react differently. I would suggest people try these before they spend more money on the Adderllin.Customer Review: Buyer beware!

It would have been nice if the vendor or one of the previous "reviewers" had mentioned the warning on the back of the box:
WARNING: Consult a physician before use. Do not use if you have high blood pressure or heart problems, or are contemplating becoming pregnant.
While I find it hard to believe that simply "contemplating" becoming pregnant could be a problem, (grin) the warning would have kept me from ordering a product I shouldn't use.
I'll never order supplements from AMAZON again without first checking the product out in a store.
These will go to a friend with no such problems.

I used this for a week hoping to get an extra boost in my day. I can say that this does NOTHING. I didn't notice a change in anything. Drinking a cup of coffee makes you focus on anything more than this crap. Save your money, buy yourself a bag of any coffee and you'll get much better results. I can't imagine that the reviews for this are remotely legit.
