This item was a birthday gift and it never worked - contacted Amazon and they were extremely accomadating, but the second one didn't work either - I guess you get what you pay for - I thought about contacting the manufacturer directly but their prices were alot more and there was no guarantee that this one would work either - tired of the hassle
Description of Wireless Corner Chime
The RC3196 is the perfect door chime for new installations or for replacing existing door bells. The unique design of this chime makes it perfect to fit in the corner of homes or apartments mobile homes or RVs. Once installed the top of the unit becomes a handy shelf for decorations or personal effects. It has a 150 foot operating range and allows you to change the chime easily. The chimes include a Westminster Chime or My Country Tis of Thee or Hail Hail the gangs all Here or the Twelve Days of Christmas and many more. This unit also comes with 32 selectable codes to block interference from outside signals. It works from -30 F degrees up to 130 F degrees. The door chime requires 4 C-cell batteries (not included) the button requires 2 CR2032 3v lithium batteries that are included. The door chime measures 7.5 inches long x 6.5 inches at the widest point and 5.5 inches high.Door Chimes & Bells
