The Withings Wifi scale is beautiful to look at, simple to set up, and fun to use. I look forward to my "weigh in" each morning. I love not having to write it all down, as it gets logged online and on my iphone immediately after the weigh in. It has helped me lose about 10 pounds since getting it a few weeks ago. My old Tanita was given to the in-laws. The other thing I have noticed is that based upon interactions in the Withings forum, the development team is responsive and I expect the software will continue to get better and better over time (but I have no complaints at this time).Customer Review: Saw this on engadget and had to buy it.

I could not live without this scale takes a minute to set up, and can be used up to 8 family members, Shipping was very fast and set up was even faster.
It wifi's all my data to my iPhone in just a minute or two, this is a very beautiful scale and very well made reminds me of a Apple product.
Large easy to read white numbers, and backlit.
Also comes with data cable and feet to be used on carpet, also it can be set to lbs.

For years I've been thinking "Wouldn't it be great if my scale would just report my weight to my computer, so I could track it?". Then a friend turns out to have a scale that does just that, and I couldn't resist buying one from Amazon immediately.
Often with products like this, the product description is more attractive than the actual product. Not in this case, however. The product is gorgeous. More importantly, it actually works, and has no nasty complexities to figure out. Installation was seemless. Can't recommend it more highly.

I love the fact that I can weigh in and have my weight tracked both on Withings and on Runkeeper. It is a real motivator to see it tracked and it is effortless. I have had a few other scales that I had to manually keep track of and I would do great at first, then I would forget to mark it down. This keeps me on track and the progress is dead simple to track. It was a bit shocking to see how many pounds of fat I was carrying. The BMI is great but seeing the fat in actual pounds is a real eye opener! I would buy this again for sure.
