The only strange thing is the mix of water and milk gives it a sort of Vernors or bubble-gummy aftertaste no matter the flavor. But that taste doesn't bother you long and it's SO worth it to get the taste satisfaction and excellent nutrition in one package. Can't afford this as a consisten thing but maybe you can, my trial run went very well. (If you wanna lose weight this won't interfere, I think most people use it as meal replacement. My "weight -gain-" title is because I'm adding it to my daily food intake and working out on weight machines additionally)
