I read the other review about no velcro being in the order, and I must say that mine came with the velcro attached. It was shipped super fast. The only down side is that, as the other review said, the wrist pack does not wrap all the way around the wrist. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Description of Wrist Ice Pack

This 4"x4.5" comfort gel pack comes with a fleece sleeve with velcro straps to insure patient convenience. Just wrap the cold pack around your wrist using the velcro straps to provide either hot or cold therapy. Great for carpal tunnel syndrome aches and pains as well as other wrist related injuries. Alleviates both pain and swelling.
