My daughter gets ear infections that lead to fluid being stuck in her ears. She has had to have the fluid surgically removed.
She has been using the nasal wash for about 8 months, twice a day, every day. She still gets the infections, but the fluid goes away in about a month.

I have seasonal allergies in the spring, summer and fall. I was hoping that this product would help clear out the allergens so I could breathe better. Unfortunately, the solution stung my sinuses. I had high hopes when I purchased Xlear. Most of the reviews sounded impressive, but let it be known that this product is not a miracle cure for sinus allergies and congestion. I can definitely feel the xylitol in the nasal passages, but it did not relieve my sinus difficulties. I will continue exploring other alternatives.Customer Review: Dont know why

after using it, my nose is very dry. It's totally different from the the commercial saying that it moistures the nose.
