A very good product. For best result, I strongly recommend taking it in the morning at least an hour before breakfast and at night at least two hours after dinner. Clay bentonite should always be consumed with psylium husk powder on an empty stomach. If you stick with using it corretly, you`ll have great results.Customer Review: This product really works!!!
