This clay is MIRACULOUS! I also have powder that i mix up for externally....but for internal - I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!! When mixing your own it is grainy like sand -- This is super smooth - like a Maalox texture but virtually FLAVORLESS!!!! Goes down smooth and the benefits of BENTONITE CLAY is unlimited!!! I recommend this product for anyone who just wants to improve their quality of life and well being
