For an intense at home workout this system is one of the very best. I've devoted 2 hrs per week for about 1 month now to YBB & have lost several inches. If you don't care for the gym or do not have access to one this is a wonderful substitute. I am also finding that definition & toning seem to come about quite naturally with this program as if I were working out with weights but no bulkiness & my flexibility has greatly increased. This is a fun intense workout. It goes by quickly because it is enjoyable yet challenging. The squishy ball is fantastic for abs/obliques & very handy if you travel a lot. If you like dance, yogilates or pilates I highly recommend YBB. You will see positive results in a rather short period of time.
